1½ tbsp milk

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp Cadbury Bournville

For the Frosting

3 tbsp Cadbury Choco Melts

1½ tbsp fresh cream

1 tbsp sprinkles

Preparation:

You have to take a bowl.

Now, pour all the dry ingredients into it.

Stir the Bournville, cocoa powder, choco melts, and flour together.

Mix them well.

They have to be combined well.

You do not want to have any lumps in there.

Use another bowl, and to that add the curd, milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence and oil.

Mix them well.

To that you need to add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and chopped Bournville.

Whisk well.

There should not be lumps.

Transfer into a small ceramic mug.

You have to heat them up using a microwave for 1 minute.

You can use melted chocolates and fresh cream.

Use a bowl and add the cream to the chocolate melts.

Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe Eggless

125 gm flour

110 gm butter

180-200 ml water

2 tsp coffee solution

Preparation:

In a medium size pan take water, sugar, butter, chocolate, coffee solution, and cocoa powder.

You have to heat on medium flame.

Make sure that everything dissolves.

Set it aside, and allow it to come to room temperature.

Use another bowl, and add flour and baking soda.

Add the prepared mixture that you set aside.

With that, you need to prepare a smooth batter.

Now, pour the batter into a greased pan.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.

Chocolate Mud Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

1 cup plain flour

1/2 cup of water

3-4 eggs

100-200 gm chocolate bar

1 slab of butter

1/2 cup milk

1-2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp coffee

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp baking soda

Preparation:

Take a round pan and line it with parchment paper.

Use the chocolate bar and chop it into small pieces.

Take water in a pan, and melt the chocolate.

Add coffee powder.

Then add butter and the sugar.

Put the pan on low flame.

Stir continually.

Use another bowl, and pour the contents into that.

Take a large bow, and place a sieve over a sheet of parchment paper.

Pour flour in a sieve.

Add the cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Then add in salt. You can use salted butter if you want.

Until combined, you have to sieve the contents.

Make sure the chocolate butter mixture is warm enough, and add the oil & eggs.

Add one egg at a time.

Whisk the contents really well.

To this, add the dry ingredients.

Take a whisk and gently combine the dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

Bake it for 2 hours.

It is a large cake.

We want to bake it slowly or you can bake it 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
