Total Training Posts: A total of 6,160 posts are being filled. Only 648 will be selected in Tamilnadu. SC category 123 candidates, ST category 6 candidates, OBC category 174 candidates and EWS category 281 candidates will be selected. The exam will be conducted all over the country. Eligible applicants will be selected. Apply through online mode. The exam will also be conducted online.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline can apply for these training posts. As far as age limit is concerned candidates who have completed 20 years and not more than 28 years can apply. There are relaxations in age limit as per government rules.
Is there a salary? In respect of these training posts, the monthly salary will be Rs.15 thousand. No other offers can be made. Employees will be hired on contract basis for one year only. Those who complete the training period without any problems will be given weightage and relaxations while filling up the posts of Junior Associates. Details about this will be published from time to time.
Examination Fee: An examination fee of Rs.300 has to be paid. There is no need to pay examination fee for categories including SC/ST. Exams will be held in Chennai, Trichy, Vellore, Tirunelveli, Coimbatore, Erode, Madurai, Nagercoil, Salem, Thanjavur and Trichy in Tamil Nadu. Questions will be held in English, Hindi and Tamil languages.
