  • Squeeze the juice from fresh lemon.  Add 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey and one fourth teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water.

  • Alternatively one can mix one teaspoon of lemon juice in a cup of warm water.

Green Tea

In several studies it has been found that epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a compound found in green tea helps to decrease the fat deposition.
